We’d like to share a little story about this house…

This home has been so much more than just a place to live- it has been filled with connection, joy, and truly special moments.  It has hosted many musical gatherings, filled with laughter and songs, creativity, and unforgettable time with friends and loved ones. It's also been a place where my mom hosted and cooked so many delicious meals bringing family, friends and community together again and again.  Don’t worry, we got a new stove and dishwasher put in so you will have a fresh start! 

Originally built in 1952, this home was purchased by my parent’s in 1983, and then completely gutted and renovated in 2004—taken down to literally the front living room and office and thoughtfully/mindfully rebuilt by hand. That level of care and craftsmanship is something you can sense throughout, giving the home both functionality, character and peace of mind.

My dad was a realtor and the kind of person that crossed every “T” and dotted every “i” so when this house was designed, he knew what to do to make this house functional so that every inch of the home had purpose and intention. So from the moment you enter, the home offers a welcoming and refined first impression, while the back of the house opens into a more private, relaxed space. Accompanied by a gazillion windows, you will never be without natural light. It may look small on the outside, but it’s mighty on the inside. 

The sunroom is vibe y’all -filled with windows and skylights, it’s perfect for quiet mornings, gatherings, games, coffee/tea, plant sanctuary (orchids LOVE this room btw) the list of possibilities are endless.
